If some formulations don't sound a little exaggerated (mega store, etc.)

- A little bit, but it is important to read between the lines and, above all, to look at the world with a little humor and a little wink!

Why are there so many eights in the prices?

- Because 8 is a lucky number in Asia. Hopefully for us and for you too!

Why is the dial only glued to the watch after the movement is installed?

- Because the cardboard must not touch the clock pointer pen and because in Asia people do not like to give away clocks. So you can align the dial exactly and give away a cardboard house model that only the recipient can turn into a watch!

Can KUKOLEDO cuckoo clocks really become a product sold worldwide?

- But you see and say: Why? But I dream and say: Why not?

Because the cardboard must not touch the clock hand pin and because people in Asia don't like to give away clocks. So you can align the dial exactly and give away a cardboard house model that only the recipient can make into a clock!

 Why Comic Sans?

- You despise Comic Sans? Perfect! In fact, many Germans also despise cuckoo clocks! But why? We have no idea! Well, many people despise different things without knowing why. The only thing we despise from KUKOLEDO: Contempt! But we love to turn people's contempt into love. That's how KUKOLEDO started.

Sometimes you have to think about your feelings. For example, many people despise yellow bricks, especially German architects. But if you think about this irrational emotion and try to look at it from a different perspective, contempt can turn into love: Seeing a brickmaker turn clay and sand into a dough and bake it into a beautiful, handmade product can change their minds. You'll watch beautiful Scandinavian architecture made of yellow bricks turn their disdain into admiration. Watch a traditional clockmaker build a cuckoo clock and you have to love it!

And finally, we like to swim against the tide. Why be a mainstreamer? We go our own way. We look where everyone else is running: Boring. That's exactly where we don't want to be!

They say don't use Comic Sans if you want to be taken seriously. Great, take us as we are: Not too serious. Take us with humor and fun.

Life is serious enough!
